Have you ever fantasised about an exciting carnival taking place in a sublime and picturesque location surrounded by high mountains in the vicinity of a lovely crystal blue lake? The Annecy Carnival may be the answer to your dreams, with it's two and half highly intense days of hardcore partying and sharing of joy. The Alpine Venice, as Annecy is known, is awash with wonderful masks and splendid costumes slowly wandering through her historical centre. The dancing event that follows the procession should not be missed, as well as a chance to taste of the delicious culinary products such as tartiflette. Enjoy!
