Description

Tampere Jazz Happening takes place every November, bringing together friends of modern jazz. The uncompromising programme consists of improvised music, world music and rock-influenced jazz. In addition to the jazz music, different workshops and art exhibitions take place during the event. The four-day festival gathers together top names of international jazz and pioneers of the future. The festival presents Finnish high-profile musicians as well as world-renowned performers on concert stages and in intimate club settings until the wee hours.
