Description

Pull on your running shoes - or flex your runner-supporting vocal cords - for this year's Admiral Swansea Bay 10k race. The course is flat and fast and takes in the beautiful sweep of Swansea Bay. On a sunny day (and it's always sunny in Wales) the view is unbelievable - best seen through a haze of sweat as you pound your way to victory. The race is one of the top 10k races in the UK and throughout the event's history it has been the fastest 10k in the UK on numerous occasions. It's raised buckets of cash, caused thousands of blisters and will no doubt build on its decades of history this year.
