Description

It's what makes paella look so scrumptious so no wonder there's a festival dedicated to it. The Saffron Rose Festival is an event which marks the flower's harvesting. You can watch the fast-fingered locals picking the saffron spice at super fast speeds before shoving food made from the spice into your saffron hungry gob. There's also a fashion show on the final day where locals dress up in traditional clothes.
