Description

The biggest rock festival in South America is popular with both the hipsters of Bogotá as well as with a host of international travelers. Rock in the Park is free thanks to the Columbian government and it is also an alcohol and smoke free event. In 2004 nearly 400,000 people attended the gig which has seen both international and local bands including Manu Chao, Fear Factory, Haggard and Bloc Party. Leather, mohawks and studs will have you fitting right in with crowd, but you may also like to take some ear plugs as the music can get quite loud!
