Description

The Welsh in Caerphilly lighten up the bone-chilling winter with the heartwarming River of Light Parade of lanterns. With hundreds of colorful lanterns made by community groups, schools and locals, the parade is the longest festival lantern parades in Wales. Afterward, everyone stays warm by watching - or participating in - samba drumming, street bands, and dancers. It's worth staying out for the fireworks that follow the lantern parade.
