If you plan to visit Poland this summer and you are enthusiastic about rock music, then you should not forget to mark red the Przystanek Woodstock in your agenda. Przystanek Woodstock is a free rock music festival, which was founded in 1995 in a small polish town Kostrzyn outside Poznan. It was organized by Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity foundation and since its 11th edition the organizers refer to it as to the biggest open-air festival in Europe. During the festival you will have a chance to meet outstanding guests, great artists and musicians and enjoy all sorts of the rock music genres. Apart from the famous Polish groups, the program features bands from Mexico, South America, Italy, Germany, Great Britain and even India. Since all bands are usually asked for their special performances, the festival promises to become an unforgettable show.
