Description

The Madrid en Danza is an annual festival devoted to the art of dance in all its forms. From the loveliness of ballet to the fire of flamenco, from the strange beauty of experimental dance to the wonder of the Japanese butoh, the Madrid en Danza literally has a dance style to suit everybody. One of the most diverse dance festivals in the country, Madrid en Danza showcases famous dancers alongside newcomers and local performers alongside those from afar. Many of Madrid's top venues and cultural centres are involved with the festival.
