Description

Los Angeles Fashion Week is a fashion festival that takes place all throughout the city. It consists of multiple events, including fashion shows, charity events, sales, parties, exhibits, etc. In 2005, the event premiered another great tradition, the LA Fashion Awards in order to recognize those who made the biggest contribution to California’s fashion world. Past winners included Rosemary Brantley (educator), Trina Turk and Max Azria (designers), Project Runway (TV show), Gen Art (event producer) and others. And, since you are going to be in LA for this event, feel free to go crazy on shopping. The LA Fashion District spans 90 blocks with hundreds of stores and boutiques for every budget range. Go West!
