In a world packed with mediocre fun runs of all shapes and sizes, New York City's annual JFK Runway Run stands alone as a unique fitness event for the whole family to enjoy! This 5km race takes participants on a jog along the usually inaccessible runway of JFK Airport. Raising money for the JFK Rotary club, the JFK Runway Run has been puffing along since 1972, closing the world famous JFK Airport's main runway to air traffic. Games, prizes and entertainment will also be part of the fun at the JFK Runway run, making it a fun-filled event for the whole family.
