Description

This is the only World Cup round to take place in France. The first ever edition of the World Cup took place in 1978. This is the culmination of 112 Grand Prix qualifying rounds, organised into twelve leagues, taking place throughout the season to determine the 40 finalists. The Bordeaux stage takes place at the Parc des Expositions every year, drawing crowds in excess of 30 000 people, among whom are a good portion of Bordeaux's more glamorous residents. While wealth is on display, you will not need it to get in, entrance is free.
