Description

Four days of lake-side partying and incredible music is what Balaton Sound is all about. The beach community of Zamárdi is overrun with five major venues and several minor programs. Picture yourself sunbathing to a soundtrack of live jazz, or chilling out watching the sunset while listening to prominent DJs. At nightfall the beach turns to a dancefloor and headliner DJs and bands take the stage. The festival ground also offers a great variety of cocktail-bars, pubs and restaurants. Past performers include Underworld, Kraftwerk, Moby, Orbital, Fatboy Slim, Röyksopp, Goldfrapp, Massive Attack, Orishas, Gentleman, Beastie Boys, Basement Jaxx, Klaxons, and Jamiroquai.
