Description

Goulash is a hungaricum, well-known in the world, of which capital is Szolnok. The Goulash Festival of Szolnok features about 720 stew-pots with 60.000 team members, guests and visitors. The goal of The Association Gulyás Festival of Szolnok is to preserve and to show the image of the Hungarian Goulash both in Hungary and in foreign countries, supporting the Slow Food movement.
