Description

Every year on Quebec’s national holiday, June 24th that is, chefs from seven French-speaking cities get together to rustle up a ginormous French omelette. It is quite a spectacle to watch as several hundred eggs are cracked open and combined with gallons of milk, plus copious amounts of onions and butter in a huge frying pan. Best of all, the cooks intend to share the flaky end product with the whole town. Egg-cellent!
