Geneva Motor Show
From: 2014.03.08 To: 2014.03.18
First held in 1905, the Geneva International Motor Show ranks among the “Top 5 Worldwide” automobile exhibitions, alongside Detroit, Frankfurt, Paris, and Tokyo. Switzerland's legacy of neutrality, and its lack of an auto industry, ensures a level playing field for all automakers exhibiting at the show. All the major manufacturers and a large number of design houses, engineering and preparation specialists will be presenting, covering the whole of the 80,000 square metres of exhibition space of the 7 halls of Geneva's Palexpo. They will present more than a hundred World and European Premiers. Economy cars propelled by alternative technologies are the current driving force in the market, but unique luxury automobiles and new classical sports cars will also be competing for the adulation of the passionate. The show takes place every March and is the only one in Europe that occurs annually.
