Description

During Spring each year up to ten of the worlds best puppet productions visit Dublin's picturesque seaside suburb of Dun Laoghaire for this prestigious festival. Puppet theatre has been performed across the world for centuries and the International Puppet Festival Ireland looks at productions that are not only keeping that tradition alive today, but are also inspiring new work. The festival typically features ventriloquism, circus, cabaret and slapstick...something for all ages to enjoy.
