Ever since medieval times, the village of Conwy was granted a special tax-free license for selling local goods at dedicated fairs. The popular Conwy’s Honey Fair is a remnant of this long tradition and the Conwy Food Feast hopes to build on this tradition. The Feast’s dates were chosen to coincide with the honey and mussel fishing seasons, but the feast features a wide variety of local produce.
