Nothing beats the city of Memphis- known for people like Martin Luther King and Elvis Presley, its also home to this great tennis event, the Cellular South Cup. No balls please! The WTA Tour is the female professional tennis circuit organised by the Womens Tennis Association. There's well over 2000 players competing for close to $90 million in prize money at over 50 events in more than 50 countries. Not bad for a competition that has humble beginnings in the 1970s when Billie Jean King and 8 other trailblazers started women's professional tennis!
