Description

What better place to celebrate American independence than the cradle of the American Revolution - Boston. Harborfest is made up of hundreds of events, culminating in extravagant fireworks celebrations and the Fourth of July concert on Independence Day itself. Events surrounding the celebrations include historical reenactments and historically-themed tours; cruises aboard period tall ships; and for families the Children's Day - a day of face-painting, music and kids' entertainment. Many events are free, but you'll usually have to pay for guided tours - and the cruises are vary popular, so book in advance!
