Description

Come to Blackpool, England in autumn and you’ll experience the town becoming a capital of light! Besides the epic Blackpool Illuminations, which already dresses the city in a colorful ‘artificial sunshine,’ for four consecutive Fridays in September you can be a spectator of the biggest fireworks displays in the North West. Rockets, roman candles, comets, crackles, whistles, and star bursts will blast above your head in a fabulous unison, as they reflect in the seawater below. Every year, the competition hosts four countries, each of them represented by their best fireworks display team. You thought that Blackpool couldn’t get any more colorful in autumn?
