Can you imagine being terrified by a pumpkin as big as a car? If imagination is not your strong side, the Pumpkin Festival hosted by the historical town of Barnesville is just the place you. Free entertainment includes agricultural displays, car shows, crafts, games, a giant parade, and obviously, the Annual Pumpkin Auction, where the local businesses compete in their bids to display the biggest, most dominant and winning pumpkin! In addition, at the hilarious pet show you can bet on the outcome of the "Pet-Owner Look Alike" contest, or enjoy some of the usual rides that take place every year at the event, such as the Pumpkin Ride, the Umbrellas, and the Monkey Cages.
