Although the content and the name may scare you, scrapple is a delicious dish that can be best described as a pork meatloaf (and we will leave it at that) — and of course who doesn’t love apples! Well, the Apple-Scrapple Festival brings together both of these amazing foods in Bridgeville, Delaware to celebrate the apple harvest and the famous pork dish. There is something for everyone at this quirky down home festival that features scrapple carving, bluegrass and country music, carnival rides, and of course delicious dishes featuring what else—apples and scrapple!
